Occupational Safety

We ensure that the responsibility for safety is implemented in both vertical to the bottom and horizontal to the edge through the enactment and enabling of the Safety Responsibility System. We strive to adhere to the principle of territorial management of "who is in charge of and who is responsible for" and "one post with double responsibilities" and implement the safety responsibility system in each position. We firmly believe that all industrial accidents can be prevented, and we always put our safety investigations and of hidden danger government in the first place to guarantee normalized and standardized hidden danger investigation and government works, and carry out various types of safety investigations, including cross-checks between branches/subsidiaries organized by the group, comprehensive EHS inspections, special inspections, and routine inspections in each company. Safety education and training is an important means to improve the safety of production workers, improve safety management capabilities, and foster safety culture. The company will annually organize the regular internal trainings, and invite external senior security experts to the company to conduct special training, and trainings in professional institutions will also be arranged. The safety awareness of all employees shall be raised through trainings and education in various forms, and the concept must be changed from the "it needs me in safety" to "I want safety", the "I want safety" concept is deeply rooted in the hearts of employees.

Occupational Health

On condition that the natural safety of the equipment is ensured, operating procedure is standardized by formulation of standard safety operation procedures and the safety operation procedures are basically formulated based on identification of risk sources; in addition, employees are provided with high-quality protective equipment and occupational health training are regularly organized for them. All measures are designed to prevent employees from suffering occupational injuries during the production process. For the sake of employees hearing health, the company selected vibration-reducing and low-noise equipment and facilities, and regularly monitored environmental noise. The company arranges relevant employees to go to the medical institutions designated by the government agencies for occupational disease prevention and physical examinations annually, and to know the health status of employees timely in order to prevent employees from being harmed by occupational diseases. Those with occupational contraindications or suspected occupational diseases will be promptly transferred from their original positions, and timely medical treatment is arranged to effectively minimize occupational injuries. In accordance with the Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Disease, a personal health and safety file will be established for one person and one file to comprehensively manage the health of employees.

Process Safety

We believe that the key to sustainable development and the ability to practice social responsibility lies in outstanding risk prevention performance. We will make great efforts to implement process safety management and adhere to: the scientific methods are adopted in chemical reaction process and unit operation process of all production procedures to collect safety data, qualitative or quantitative process hazard analysis is performed, risk assessment is carried out on the analysis results, and corresponding engineering control and management measures are taken to ensure industrialization, thereby lowering the EHS risk to an acceptable level prior to the completion of production. The natural safety of equipment is a prerequisite for protecting the safety and health of employees. We take a variety of naturally safe measures in the process, for example, all storage tanks are equipped with nitrogen sealing valves for low-pressure nitrogen protection, liquid level automatic interlocking devices, etc. to relieve the risk of manual intervention and reduce the workload of employees.
